Number of Positions Available: One Position Open

Job Functions:

• Make A/R Collections Calls- Build Rapport With Customers
• Post Payments Receipts
• Access, input and retrieve data as required from various systems.
• Maintain records and files as required.
• Answer phones, take messages, direct customers to the proper department for assistance if needed.
• Elevate unresolved customer issues as appropriate.
• Assist with other routine clerical support projects, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• 2 Years Experience in Accounting
• Experience With Data Entry / Billing
• Experience with Sage Accounting Software is a plus not required
• Experience with Rental Works Software is a plus not required
• High School Graduation- Minimum of one (1) year customer service in an office setting.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Pleasant, hardworking, go-getter attitude.
• Eagerness and willingness to learn new roles and responsibilities.
